The property is located in a hospitable villa in the village of Irgoli, on the north-eastern coast of the island of Sardinia. Our holiday home is the ideal place for tourists who prefer a quiet vacation but also for those who prefer the bustle of the tourist centers. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are numerous tourist attractions. The village Irgoli is known all over the island for its charcuterie (cold sausage products) and for its "murales" (traditional paintings on the walls), which decorate the houses of the village. In an 8 km range you will find the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Orosei.
The villa is divided into three apartments (two of them are rented as holiday homes) with an annex building (used also as a holiday home). All apartments are tastefully furnished, decorated with paintings by the owner. The villa has also a laundry. A common garden of 900 m2 surrounds the beautiful villa. Here are two picnic areas and seats for the guests. You will also find different types of plants, trees and flowers, such as olive trees, oleander, hibiscus, magnolia, laurel oak, fig, oranges and tangerines. This garden of scents is a place of tranquility, an island of retreat and contemplation. The many beautiful flowers, their scents and odors have a positive impact on the well being of our guests.
